Is my transformer swapping accurate?

I'm working on an la-2A style project, and using a set of Sowter transformers for the i/o. The PCB I'm using calls for Lundahl transformers, but otherwise uses parts more or less per the schematic. Is the substitution in this doc correct?

It looked good to me on paper, but then when I look at the PCB, nodes 1, 5 and a 600ohm input are connected, as are pins 2 and 4 and a 600 ohm input, so I'm not sure what to do with the white wire at all.

From schematic of your board, lundahl is wired 1:8 so primafies are in // and secondary are in serie.
1449e is 1:9.13 with center taped primary. You don't need the center tap so leave it unconnected, put some heatshrink tubing over end of it (for insulation if that worry you) and it should be good.
