Another silly question...

I'm looking at replacing the OPamps in my newly acquired Tascam M-3700 console. How would you guys compare the NE5532, OPA2134, OPA 2604 and the OP275 as a replacement for the JRC 4580D? Here's a link to the datasheet:

On another site, in a very old thread, a guy said something about replacing these ICs with a 12AU7 valve. How on earth would that work? Can ICs be replaced with valves? How about sub-minatures like the 5840? I have access to plenty of them.
