Looking for a round switchcap for ITT/Schadow/Toneluck switch for Neve module

I have been searching high and low for some of these switchcaps that were used by Neve on their routing modules.
They have a diameter of 10mm and are ca 15mm long and are dished on the top.

I realy spent many, many hours on the net trying to find them or something similar, but there is nothing so i am starting to suspect that this was a custom part for Neve.

Does anyone have any clue where i could find something similar at least?
They dont need to have a dished top but i would prefer it.
But the 10mm diameter is important of course but they could be shorter than 15mm.

I probably do not have the exact one but I'll check what I can you fix with. I have some Toneluck caps that I removed from Neve modules.
