Having know several people who built their own Drips, and several more who hired others to build them for them I would strongly advise you don't do this.

1) Find a way to demo a Undertone Unfairchild
2) If that sound is really what you value buy that instead of going the DIY route, you'll have a warranty and ongoing support.

Heresy in a DIY forum but of this specific project I think it' the right approach.
 
hey right on actually yeah ive realized i can go with POM 660 for same cost and it's got a warranty and best quality ...
was on wait list for a Stamchild but decided i'll wait for the POM and pony up the extra cost (when it's announced supposedly end of this year) thanks
