MD 409 internals

Does anyone have any pics or references for an MD409. Found one that may or may not be DOA for very cheap and took a chance but its pieces. Theres a little white top hat looking piece that I can't figure out where to put (the round TOP part seems to be the same size as the back of the capsule but that doesn't make much sense to me.

Then again, you COULD consider adding a photo to show what you mean (verbal descriptions only go so far)...

Ive seen the xaudia site and ive seen images from the gearspace one, but no pic shows this piece... im beginning to think it doesn't belong to this mic lol. The screws hold the stem to the grill assembly, the other part.... i was thinking maybe its used to stabilize the casule in the foam surround so it doesnt bump into the back of the grille? But again, ive not seen this in any other pics of the guts of this.
