Motorola transistor?

Does anybody have any information on an SPS1764 Motorola transistor.
All I know is that it is an NPN, TO92 package.

That's right, it's got the "M" symbol before the number, I thought it could be a house number.
It's used in a long-tailed pair on the input of a certain DOA....

Even if it's a house number, those are typically just selected from some standard part so look for standard parts with similar foot print/pin out.
