Meh, I don't think we're missing out on much. Shipping still costs the same, parts aren't any more expensive than for French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese customers. All that they're getting is "the very best customer service", which probably amounts to a multilingual call center. If your English is good enough you can get the same information from their online reps.
