Hello,
Anyone could suggest me a SMD power transistor similar to the MPSA14 ? I've looked at MJE122 but hFe = 2500. (it might work just fine) . It's for hamptone / fetboy style gainstage and i don't want to use something like 2x regular npn to replace the darlington.
