This type of machines are not designed to be used with liquid coolant. They are generally for dry cutting but you can cool the tip with air/mist in extereme conditions.

Hey Owel, Sweet CNC setup there!
I am located in Nashville too. Wondering if maybe you might consider subbing out for a small mixer project I am putting together that needs various metalwork. Front panel with 16x fader slots, a couple knobs per channel, some rear panel DB-25 slots for I/O. Also looking for a way to put together some L-brackets for mounting PCB's and transformers. If not, I understand but hey, maybe a beer or whatever. Maybe you know someone local that can do some simple metal-shop items like this.
