Just about. Mouser prices are also ok, but they don't seem to have as large selection. Both have free shipping to finland which alone makes them cheaper than just about anything else out there. Maybe in very large quantities it would be different.

Which part? LME49860 does 22VDC rails. Absolute maximum even higher.

Ah of course, the single package. LME49870 is the updated 22VDC rail single package equivalent (some negligible differences).
 
I swapped the ne5532 and 5534 in my night eq for lm4562 and lme49710, the eq sounds now more clean
and has measurable less noise. I wanted a very clean (invisible) mastering eq. I like the sound. After changing
the some pots and resistor I have a noise floor of 103dB rms
