Need help identifying component

Bought a bunch of these a while back by accident. I meant to order a few. I am not sure of their value. Might be styroflex but can't remember. Any help appreciated

im not sure but i think that mk is the russian equivalent to uf. looks like a russian pio cap. im not sure though .... so please wait for smarter people to approve this

I would say 10 nF capacitors.

Correct, Soviet 0.01uf or 10nf caps.

i only know german styroflex and they certainly do not look like this.
