Need screws/handle for original AKG C-12

I'm looking for a source for some missing screws and a replacement handle for the power supply for my original C-12. Does anyone have these to sell or have the original specs to help me find replacements? I've documented the needed screws/handle at http://www.fasttrax.us/c12_partsneeded.html
