nemesis q4d

hi all - i'm a newbie here.

i have a nemesis Q4D parametric that needs attention  - does anyone have any experience with these EQ's or know where i might get it serviced? i've noticed a post or 2 from a couple of years back where gareth connor the designer of the EQ posted some replies but i can't seem to get hold of him via this forum.
any help would be greatly appreciated,
