Hi All,
I have some work in the lab, and I have an preamp
without active voltage gain.
Fotos and schematics files are relatively
big, then I make "white-blank" lose compression on its
(and it is effective!!!)

The plate with transistors "wired-on" is paired octet of
BC550C/ BC560C (I was inspired by walley people)

From it I constructed diamond buffer and with two transformers 1:13 as
input and output I have pretty nice voltage gain.

Schematics: (you must cut and paste links to the other browser)

Some comments?
It looks interesting to me. What can the output drive?
Nothing, It is only example, how simple can be UNITY
gain amplifier designed, and how complicated (bias, load resistors,
feedback dominant pole) is designed DEFINITE GAIN amp.
Is some option to design DEFINITE gain amp so elegantly?

I don t know, but I not live so long :) Diamond buffer is possible old schemo.
