I end my dream to build a 1081 sidecar mixer.
So I selling 4 switch set's to build Neve 1081.
The set's are direkt from Blore Edwards Ltd.
Blore Edwards sell the set for 199₤!
The Elma switch ist a 04-3130, they was sold around 170€!

I selling a set for 250€

doh to answer my question..I see that apart from the Elma gain switch the rest of the 1081 switches are not used in the 1073. 1084 is closer I guess.
