Yes, its mine design and used my and others experince.
I visited John Sayer forum but only to learn about some things.

Mrclunk is referring to the mini suitcases mounted to the side wall. (yes, I also questioned it, haha !).

Thats "suitcases" are isolation caps for two fans who are used for ventilation of vocal booth. Lower push fresh air in vocal booth and uper push air out. After 4-5 minutes in booth is fresh air. I designed it.

I made some test recordings in my new studio.
My friend Julian Pallard from Swiss played accordion.
This is recorded direct in preamp without EQ, compressors and nothing after live recording.
I used two condenser mics on about half meter from instrument
