What brand and model nibblers do you guys recommend for metal work?

I'm looking for something that will be useful for the cutting the square hole needed to install a meter on a faceplate. I'm using the Hammond LA2a style chassis.

I don't have an air compressor, so air tools aren't an option quite yet.

Are there hand nibblers that can cut steel of that thickness?

Thanks

This looked interesting...

Was curious if anyone used anything like this?
