nite eq template?

Hi everyone,

I really didn't want to create a post but I've searched all through the forum and the net trying to locate a design for the nite eq faceplate. Other than measuring up mine and working up a design, (anyone know a good program for this?) does anyone have a template they'd be willing to share?
