Hello forum!
I built two gyraf 1176 (mnats rev H boards) , I have had them for 5 years, but lately I have a loud noise in both..
Apparently the noise varies with the voltage (220v)
I have changed filters and regulators but it does not change ...
I leave a capture to hear it

I have + 30v and -10v in the power supply.
any ideas?
Thank you!!!!

Has anything changed as far as your set up?

Changes with voltage? 220v? What exactly does this mean?

Two units acting the same way at the same time is kinda weird. Could be something external??

I'm sure someone will jump in to offer some solutions..

Good luck!

I did not change anything ..

sorry for the error: I live in a country with 220v and the noise seems to change intensity with the variations of this voltage (with 213 the noise is very strong) and I already change filters and regulators

maybe, but they worked perfect until a while ago (both)

That's a pretty big voltage drop......

Is the sound of the unit ok with the 220??

Maybe something going on before the regulator outputs???

If you can post some voltages, it'll be helpful to those in the know...

Also, try posting in one of the 1176 threads. You may have more responses from there as well...

Found this  too....

and this quote from that thread

"I think that's a rule of thumb , the regulator's always need to regulate Down , [ by at least 3 v ? ]...."
