Hi CJ,
I wonder if you analyzed and disassembled this transformer?
I analyzed the Cinemag 96731 (UA5002 copy) but I would still like to compare the data.
Thanks

if somebody wants to go halves on buying his data let me know, we can take a chance.
note that it is data from a re-issue unit. and inductance readings might not have been taken, etc.

Hi CJ,
I will join in buying the data in case you're interested

If someonelse would like to join in please let us know

I spoke with Brandon from Mohog audio a while back trying to get him to make me his LA 3 clone and he said that the hairball version of the 5002 from Ed is made specifically for them. And you can’t buy it outside of the kits. Don’t know if that’s true.

Maybe we should make this a request by PM rather than post it, Ed use to be or is a regular member here and i do not know if he would be alright with a public posting,

It's up to you guys, but this is not information about an Ed's transformer, this is an UA transformer, which Ed makes a clone of.
I guess the only people that could be upset would be UA

spotted 1 mistake,

is: Start at A2 Finish at A3,, s/b: Start at A3 and Finish at A2

if you connect those two secondary's in series, the signal will cancel.

i sent the guy a message.

found some mistakes also,
There’s something wrong with the A and B numbers and the colors, those don’t seem to match the diagram
The last winding also doesn’t match
