who can do the MK67 Transformer swap ?

Hi there, Im new here. I'm looking to pay someone in the USA to swap out the Max mod BV12 w a Moby BV12 was wondering if anyone knows who can do it? I asked Doug Williams if he can do it and he says he is too busy.
