Penny&Giles lube

Hi - my P&G faders are cranky. They been exposed to an open window a whole night during winter.

So i want to lube them i guess/hope - any suggestions what lube to get - purchasable in Denmark / EU ?
Instructions or stories with this experience very welcome

A read through these notes might be useful ? .... I think the general view is that using any kind of 'lube' on conductive plastic faders - other than distilled water and/or non-detergent soap - is not a good idea.
