Most likely an offset-trim. Perhaps the white label on the side gives some additional info here.

Yea, the whole manual!!!!! they don't seem to have the PP65a just the P65a. I assume they're simular.

The little side sticker says

OFFSET TRIM 20K
+I TRIM 226M
-I TRIM 247M
