I'm currently in the process of servicing something and it requires me to replace a whole bunch of rather obscurely spec'd potentiometers. More specifically, I need 16-24 10kLog rotating pots (1/8" shaft) and 16-24 15kLog / 0.25W sliding pots (40mm length, 30mm travel). Ideally in both cases I would be wanting detents: 31 for the rotating potentiometer and a centre detent for the slider.

I'm aware that the usual suspects (Omeg, Alpine, etc) will do custom specs for larger orders but I was wondering if there was somewhere that were open to doing smaller quantities (in this case around 20 of each)?

If anybody has any helpful advice, recommendations, or input, it would be greatly appreciated.

I am a pretty good parts scrounger, but your rotating pots are going to be a pain to find. Maybe someone else will have an idea.
Another local builder was working on a detented potentiometer for his Fairchild builds, you could make something, but then it is not likely going to fit within the confines of your mixer thing.

Yep, have certainly been feeling the same way, hence thinking that I might go the custom route.

It's not a mixer, actually. I'm fixing up a pair of passive LOMO 8-band para-graphic inductor EQs from the late 70s. The detents aren't essential by any means. These things just sound like they would be well-suited for mix-buss duties (under certain conditions), so I'm trying to make the controls a little bit more replicable, is all.
