Just curious, since I've never heard or worked with any of 3U's mics. Why does it need to be modded?
Please recommend caps for microphones

When I started this thread I was just curious what are the best caps for microphones. I just wanted to know if my 3U mic uses some of the best caps. Then people suggested the mods and that's how this thread got into modding the mic.
