Re-used capacitors with high dielectric absorption, maybe - holding eltrect-like charge?

..put a 2-10M Ohm resistor in parallel with the capacitors that are acting up...

Yeah i must admit i have used a lot of vintage caps for the filter, didnt think it would be a problem.
They were tested with a DMM for shorts and capacitance of cource, but didnt have dielectric absorption in mind.
Im actually mostly concerned about the grid voltage on the AU7, would +27VDC be normal to measure on the grid?
