Antique is in Tempe, if that's within shoping cart distance of you...
they let people walk the floor there, ya know...

Or if your near Scottsdale, screw the electronics, grab a cold one, and head for the baseball field.

I met Lon Simmons there once.

"Next up, Kirby Puckett"
"I did say Puckett, didn't I?"

Ever turn ball player's names around? You know, swap the first letters of ther name?

Like Chuck Finley.

Yeah, I walked in there for some years untill I discovered another place. That was way cool! It is an electronic surplus off I-17 exit 7th Ave (IIRC), in Phoenix.

I still remember how the owner's wife being on 7th or 8th month pregnant was standing there with cigarette in her mouth and a can of Bud in her hand

At a Black Crowes gig last Saturday
2 3/4 hours - no support band - 10 minute brake halfway through
some songs 10-20 minutes
brilliant gig
4 gigs played last week (3 x London, 1 x Amsterdam)- 66 different songs played - and John Sinclair go up on stage at the 'dam and read poetry

There's an Oswald compilation of the Dead's Dark Star that runs over two CDs and 20 years.

I like the base, and the variations, but that's far too much Dark Star to take in one sitting (with today's drugs) and if I just play it in the car it runs for a week.
