If you switch to a dual supply, I had good results with the Meanwell PD-2515 in the past. I added extra filtering and it was dead quiet.

relais on the 12v can introduce clicks when switching. Better to replace the minimum load with some fancy old light bulbs to show the power on status,..

As already say, relays are for bypass and link, so set and forget, I don't see many situation I have to flip one when I print a mix
The design and rack is done, already a LED for power status.
