Hey,
I have just read on Gyraf's website that the threshold on the GSSL can be a bit low for modern studio levels. As a mod he suggests adding a 47k resistor in series to decrease the sensitivity. Link:

Does anyone know what the highest possible threshold is both with and without the 47k resistor? (Threshold pot in its least sensitive position, 2:1 ratio, 1kHz sine wave)
If someone could quickly fire one up and see what input level it begins to compress at that would be really helpful!
