RCA BA-31c rewiring transformer for European power

Hello

We got our hands on an old RCA BA-31c. This preamp hasn't been used in Europe, so it is wired for US standards.
Any ideas on how to wire it for European standards?

Also, does anyone know what fuse it needs after the rewiring?
We do know quite a lot about electronics, but transformers are completely new to us.

Tie pin 3 to pin 5, apply AC to pin 1 and pin 7.

Fuse would be 1/2 of the original value, so 1/32A if you can find one.
