I just did a goodle search for "tektronix 453 manual .pdf" (without the quotations).
I did the same search for the 2230 and didn't find one one the first three pages, but that doesn't mean it isn't out there for free somewhere.
On this page, I found some 22xx different versions, which might be close:

There are TONS of Tektronix manuals on there.
