Swapping your chips out for these similar chips is -unless for some reason there's an unusually low impedance load on the output of the chip-
b[]NOT[/b] going to buy you more headroom.
Chips that are not asked to supply a bucketful of current will essentially swing to the rails quite happily, whether they're 741s, 074s or whatever.
If it's headroom you're after, save your money.
