My amp's input pots are bad..... They are little trim pots that are barely accessible through the heat sink on the rear. I leave it all the way open anyhow. How do I bypass/remove the pots and replace them with a resistor? Is this right????? I do need the resistor correct?

Can I use a 33k or something other than the 25k? I don't have any on hand.......

Thanks!!!!!!
