Resistors on ELMA Switches 04

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am new in here and new in on diy-units. So, I have a question to the given topic. Hopefully, someone could help me out with?

I do not really know how can I figure out the right frequencies on ELMA switches. For example, I want to have 20Hz, 25Hz, 30Hz, etc. on a 24 position switch. The switch is on 100K and the capacitor on 100µF on the PCB. What does the resistors has to be? I thought, I have to assemble 24 resistors for 24 chosen frequencies... but it aint so?!
