Your corrugation setup looks awesome, of course I know that to a proper setup would be quite expensive.
As my goals are just having fun in DIY and not professional I’m not able to go that far and have something as good but I think I can at least use the Gears I have and DIY something simple with a guide to improve at least the straightness of the ribbon instead of having so many curves.
I was never able to make a straight ribbon after corrugation, what I do is I try to choose the most straight part of the ribbon and use that part for the installation, but even so is never perfectly straight.
I was using 1.8 micron foil, which is very thin and very difficult to handle, it breaks and disintegrates easily.
Maybe I should use 2,5 micron foil instead
