What I am searching is the original schematic not for a clone but to repair my old one
I have tried to google it ... but nothing

Those schematics are pretty rare indeed, would love to see some myself as well.

But.... there are several Scholz patents, which at least unveil some circuit-details (forgot how detailed). Good luck & please post back here when there's news.
