I'd guess, considering the relative complexity of passive cut & boost using the same control, That the EMI 920 uses a similar blend of topologies,

Pics are only for Ian and I asked them not to be shared.

I guess that you, like me trust Ian's evaluation and projects. It's Ian's thread on EMI RS127 or RS 135 please let's not get sidetracked.
