As PSU TX a Toroid with 2x24VAC with 25VA Powerrating is more than enough for driving with +-18VDC 5 EQ PCB Boards... As example my used Toroid from Triad / Mouser:

B20K or B22K or B25K linear Potentiometers with Center Detent / Click 16mm Dia can be found everywhere like from AML....
C100K Dual Gang Anti/Rev Log Potentiometer Source:

The rest should really not be a Problem.... Look at my pictures for the placement of the components like sometimes unclear declared resistors on the printed PCB Layout... Or use the schematic - it a good easy project to learn reading Schematics ....
Btw I also had to bend the legs of the pots and used I used thicker plastic washers between the frontpanel and Potentiometers to get them in one level with the pushbuttons for correct function/distance...
The Frontpanel works directly with the standard Adam Hall 3HE /U 19Inch Case from Amazon / Thomann

Today I´ve finished a four channel S800 EQ. It uses Frank Röllen´s case instead of Purusha´s, PeterC´s green-pre PSU board and IIRC the parts kit came from audiomaintenance.com.
