Thank you very much, but that's pretty steep... I did find them in three onlineshops around 8€ for an NPN/PNP pair. Two of them are on holidays though, and the communication with the third one in France was kind of weird, so I don't really want to order there.
Maybe I'll just have to wait until next week until the other shop is open again....
