I got to run it(session engineer) when it was in it's early career. it bankrupted the original  owners thinking all records out of there would be garth brooks type $$$ as it was built after his huge 100 million copies sold.  they have since filled in the bass trap in front of the console and it's even better.  yeah  my fave room in that city.
