Schematic (ideas or advice) needed TC Electronic Natural G - Nova System

Hi all. I was given a non functional TC Electronic G Natural unit, but i can’t find any schematics or discussion about it.

Apparently it seems quite similar to the Nova System units (+/- certain important things), and they use the same pcbs, but i wonder if they have similar running voltages. As far as i’m concerned there is no on-off switch.
If my assumptions are correct , when i plug the unit the power supply (220vac) seems to give low running dc voltages to the ones mentioned on the pcb.
On the analog side it’s about 5vdc lower (+/- 10vdc). The pcb shows (=/- 15vdc).
And on the digital side it is about 1.5vdc lower (3.6vdc and 1.7vdc). The pcb shows 3.3vdc and 5vdc.

I also noticed that some of the digital ics are getting quite warm after, there may be some missing components (obviously somebody tried to repair it before). Smd components so impossible to guess.
And also i can’t figure if there is chasis ground and how it’s done on that unit. Of course i tried a simple diy ground but that didn’t change a thing. I guess grounding is nit the problem here.

So any idea-advice-help regarding these units would be really helpful.

These TC units are notorious for the PSU failing. There used to be a company that supplied replacements, but I'm guessing if you look at the original you can probably get a spec & source your own at a cheaper price.
