Hi,
My project is to build an improved version of the Schoeps CMC5 Mic Preamplifier. The weak point is: how to build/buy an economical substitute for the female connector (white part in the photo) with, very important, reliable contacts.
I can make a grooved PTFE insulator with my lathe, but how to make the contacts?...
Any idea?
Christian
Measured on the capsule:
Outer conductor:
- OD=10.58mm
- ID=8.95mm
Pin diam=1.8mm
Contact depth=4.85mm
