While out of town on a training course I got bored in the evening. I opened up an SE 2000 mic and drew out the schematic for something to do. Just for general interest. Some of the caps aren't labeled because they would require removal to measure them, and I didn't have an iron or cap meter with me at the time.

It looks like the standard china circuit like in the 2001,v67 etc....

Note the use of a neumann u87 filter network off the drain to the capsule voltage supply. Disconnect the .47 from the drain for a easy mod.

Note the "bad" bias setup for the EF PNP.
