The owner's manual is the same for the 849, SM94 and PG81, so I guess they would be similar if not the same inside. The circuit is simple so I draw the schematic (not sure if my voltage measurings are the expected). The capsule diameter is 15mm. The transformer seems to be around 3:1 (160r/60r and 82mH/28mH). My sample does not have the original foam behind the capsule.
In the pcb there is space for R3 that goes from R2/C3 to ground, maybe used in other microphones.
The gain is low but also the noise. Tried to use a jumper over R2 but haven't rised the gain much, maybe any other side effect of that jumper on the FR?
