I have heavy duty 24V studio PSU rack pulled out from working Siemens sitral console when it was discontinued to be used. It was enough to drive the whole console, not easy to build such a good quality powering station these days. It comes complete with matching cables, and I guess it may still work well, but needs to be overchecked as 20 years passed by quickly. I think 300 EUR would be a good price, but I would take offers if there is anyone planning to build any vintage console style, there is nothing better to find.
