Hi,

I'm looking for slide potentiometers with S-curve taper (B4).
Travel length doesn't really matter, but with center detent option would be nice.

Best,
Olli

Are you sure that this is what you need? Most graphic eq's use linear pots - I've actually never seen a single one with s-curve pots. And for high-precision eq's you often see linear pots with a centre tap (grounded) to enhance bypass when centered.

But if you are serious, the only options would probably be:

1) find a commercial unit that uses this part, and buy spares
2) Have a company like Alps or Alpha custom-build it for you.

Hi,
are you serious? Because actually I thought every graphic eq uses s-curve ones, since otherwise most of the control is in the last 10% of pot travel and this is really crappy...

The EQ's I designed for LA Audio use 45mm-stroke W-taper pots with center click. They were custom-order from Alpha Pots; now they are subcontracted to China so may use a different source. You may try to get in touch with their service dep't.
