Small jobs machine shops in UK

I need a small steel sheet  and a couple of strips of angle cut to size. I am having real difficulty finding any local machine shops who can do that for me. 
I am in Sussex/Kent UK. It might just be the are I am in.
Does anyone provide this kind of service on this forum or can you recommend places that might suit?

Also interested in machine shops that can make custom chassis.

Are you supplying the materials? I tend to just search yellow pages for sheet metal works, email everyone and see who replies first
