I like tubes, have some parts already and mainly will be used for summing gtr sources
I have one of the Summit tube mixer faceplates and will make it work in that
using a switch to reverse the input transformer , I'll make it mic/line for Gain amount

if there's a known decent circuit I'll use it but some of my questions are
How to ' best " handle the summing ?
I need a meter driver circuit  [ op amps at 12 v  would be convenient ]
Also looking to add 1 fx send for gtr apps
Panning , worst case  a single  L-C-R  switch

I'll check out Ian's page [ I have some of his boards ] 
the Ampex mixer was or wasn't considered good ?

O.k. tia , I'll correct this page  [ as I get scolded about being vague or inaccurate ! ]

Most simple tube mixer use passive summing but they are also mono and cross-talk is not an issue. But you want pan pots so it could be. Check out the  MixingandRouting document in the EZTubeMixer folder of the DIY tab of my web site:
