Where did you get those vu meters. did they come with that lighting or did you make that yourself?
most of them off ebay. the leds are glued in with 2 component glue. 2 small holes into the backside with the PCB drill and connected with
0.3mm magnet wire that´s it.

the new meter labeling is a laserprint on normal paper which is glued (also 2 component glue) to the flipside of the original dial.

frontpanel, of course by our lovely schaeffer company

Steffen!!

WOW! What can I say. Just prefect.

I'm sure someone was asked this before but what do you use for ON lights?

many cheers!

Great Stuff Steffen!!! :thumb: :thumb:

and great website!!

where do you get your cases, and where to you get the silkscreening done??

love the G-S*S*Ls with sideshain filters!!

Steffen, I see your console is a Tascam M3700? Youd would need incredible-looking outboard gear to compensate for that.

Seriously though, that box looks better than most of our DIY and most commercial products too. Unbelievable!

Wow --- Stephan, just had a look at the gallery you have on your website too... ****** that stuff looks nice. :!:

I have a quick question for you about the meters you have, are they a standard range from farnell or something (i.e. easily sourceable in small quantity) or do they require hunting down on ebay etc?

cheers
