Capsule cuts out. Can tap the body and get signal without issue. Talking into the capsule and low to no signal from it.

I'd consider swapping the front & rear diaphragm wires (and turning the capsule around, too), and see if that helps with anything. But probing for the capsule bias voltage(s) would perhaps be useful to start with..?

Oh yes. Possible polar pattern switch board. Attached photos.

Both mics fixed.
Replaced mic capsules which are k67 with k67 capsules I picked up from microphone parts dot com.
All issues went away.
